Marca De Biquini began more than ten years ago, when the designer Viviane David was running the surf line — and later the swimwear — of a fast fashion label.
Over time, working with international surf brands, the people around her kept asking when she would launch her own marca de biquíni, her own bikini label. The name chose itself.
Marca De Biquini is the result of many wishes. Clothing is an extension of the body and of the personality, and this brand set itself a task: to turn the search for a swimsuit into a moment of welcome, where every body and every woman has a place.
In Portuguese, marca also means a mark. The name carries the idea of accepting the marks that life and the body leave behind — the ones that tell each woman's story.
So Marca De Biquini wants to be a warm embrace. Comfort and ease, drawn from women who are strong and certain, with plenty to say and plenty to question.
The pieces are versatile and made to outlast a season, for women of any age who want comfort and practicality. And every piece is double-sided — it can be worn on both sides.
The wish is for freedom.
The wish is for lightness.
The wish is for knowing yourself.
